Warmups 2007 was filmed in a couple of hours and was created in the spirit of "warmup-exercises-for-fun"... All clips (plus 8-10 more, not included here...) are taken from my own warmup-schedule. It will take me about an hour playing through ALL clips. Remember that all clips are just warmups, so mistakes are expected :) It's the whole point, my friends!
