For you who not play that much, or never really care about the "2-handed-thing", or want to play faster... or whatever... This clip could be good start to increase your skill? For those who had play for a while this piece could work as a "back to basics" tool?

Here you got some basic examples with the picking- and tapping-techniques. Just check the scores/tabs...

E Major is one of my own favourites when it comes to warming up. It never becomes boring and always demands 100% focus in what your doing. E Major is a result of experimenting with a lively, classical melody. It maybe sounds very easy, but is a killer to play.

Throw away your pick and use your fingers only in this one. It is written for the classical finger plucking style. The piece could sure be played with the pick, but then it will be very, very hard :) It is already very hard to play, so why do it worse?

The idea was when created... a classical piece combined with "new fresh elements". When hearing this kind of melodies it is often written for a classical nylon-stringed guitar. But I wanted to put in techniques as tapping and other fun elements in the same piece. So here you have the results!

To succeed you have to pluck with your thumb, index-, middle- and ring finger. It could be hard to get "a fine touch" playing this kind of style with an electric guitar, but practice could be the key?

The purpose when written this piece was a try to increase the rate of the picking-technique. Here you will find wide chops and "string-skipping-parts" all the time. As usual there is no secrets, just basic practice. (Perhaps that's the secret?)

A note for the Mp3-clip:
In the end when switching pick-ups and knocking (at the wood). Start with the high G overtone - bend the "C Major interval" (one octavo down) with the bar. Could be hard to hit the tones exactly, but don't give up! Just use your ears (and the bar of course)
